Products and prices

  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT (PPN).
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown at checkout.
  • We try to show every product accurately. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order.

Orders and payment

  • Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Midtrans. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
  • Orders not paid before the payment deadline shown at checkout are cancelled automatically.
  • If a product turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian law.

Language

These terms are available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If the two versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version applies.
